Job summary

Everyday Coffee Company is seeking a Shift Leader in New York to coach Dunkin’ Restaurant Team Members during shifts and uphold brand standards. You will set goals, assign tasks, and provide timely feedback to drive guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include managing shift operations, ensuring food and beverage preparation quality, and maintaining cash controls along with safety and inventory oversight. Previous leadership in hospitality or retail is preferred.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality environments.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver customer experience in fast-paced settings.
• Cash handling and daily store operations management experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in meeting operational goals and execution.
• Ensure Brand standards are met throughout shift including preparation of food and beverages.
• Communicate shift priorities, goals and results to restaurant team members.
• Complete shift deployment plans for shifts to ensure positions are adequately supported.
• Coach restaurant team members with timely, constructive feedback.
• Delegate tasks to ensure smooth workflow and resource efficiency.
• Assist with training of restaurant team members as needed.
• Oversee safety, security and profitability policies during a shift.
• Prepare the next Shift Leader for upcoming responsibilities.
• Ensure Food Safety standards are met.
• Manage Inventory throughout the shift.
• Provide great guest service and coach others to do the same.
• Handle customer complaints and emergencies to maintain reputation.
• Monitor employee attendance and adherence to policies.
