Job summary

Burger King is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead team members during assigned shifts, ensuring fast, friendly service, cleanliness, and safety while upholding BK standards. You will coach and motivate the crew, address issues in the moment, and take ownership of shift execution under the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager to drive results.

Qualifications

At least 18 years of age
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Experience in restaurants, retail, or another fast-paced environment
People-first attitude with strong communication skills

Responsibilities

Lead Team Members during assigned shifts to ensure food quality, service speed, cleanliness, and safety standards
Coach in the moment, solve problems quickly, and keep the team focused, motivated, and accountable
Take ownership of shift execution under the direction of the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager
Follow cash control procedures, manage inventory, and assist with receiving truck orders
