Job summary

Burger King is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead team members on your assigned shifts, ensuring food quality, fast service, cleanliness, and safety. You’ll coach in the moment, keep the crew motivated, and execute the shift plan with attention to BK standards.

Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager, you’ll drive guest experiences, manage workflow, and support profitability. Entry-level leadership growth is encouraged, with weekly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in restaurants, retail, or another fast-paced environment.
• People-first attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to motivate others and solve problems confidently during busy shifts.
• Commitment to great guest experiences and BK standards.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by guiding the team to deliver fast, friendly service in a clean environment.
• Coach and motivate the crew by offering feedback and supporting development.
• Lead shift operations by executing the shift plan and directing workflow to BK standards.
• Support profitability by following cash control procedures and managing inventory.
