Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking an Experienced Shift-Leader to oversee daily shift execution at our Dale Earnhardt Blvd location in Concord, NC. You will run the shift, assign staff, and ensure food safety and hospitality standards are met while keeping operations moving smoothly.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, fast-paced decision-making, and a commitment to teamwork as you guide front and back of house teams and uphold Chick-fil-A’s service standards.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership or restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run and direct shifts from start to finish.
• Assign team members to positions based on strengths and business needs.
• Manage break rotations efficiently.
• Handle cash management and ensure drawer counts are accurate.
• Monitor speed of service and operational flow.
• Troubleshoot issues in real time.
• Support both Front of House and Back of House operations.
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and hospitality standards.
• Communicate clearly with Team Members and Leadership.
