Dunkin’ Donuts / Baskin-Robbins franchisee is hiring a Shift Leader in Washington, DC to coach Crew Members and drive guest satisfaction. You’ll set goals, assign duties, and motivate the team during each shift to ensure our standards are met and guests leave with a smile.

You will deploy staff, support training, and monitor performance while controlling costs, safety, and cleanliness. Join a team that values great service and teamwork.

Competenze

• Must be able to fluently speak/read English.
• Math and writing skills.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Guest focus – anticipate and exceed needs.
• Problem solving and decision making in fast-paced environments.
• Building effective teams and celebrating success.

• Talk employees into, through, and out of position on each shift, communicating responsibilities and providing feedback.
