Job summary

Burger King is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator to supervise and energize a fast-paced team on a per-shift basis. You’ll guide crew members to deliver quick, accurate, and friendly service while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

You’ll coach, communicate clearly, and model leadership so shifts run smoothly and guest expectations are exceeded. Reporting to the restaurant management team, you’ll take ownership of shift execution, optimize workflow, and contribute to profitability

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in restaurants, retail, or another fast-paced environment.
• People-first attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to motivate others and solve problems confidently during busy shifts.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by guiding the team to deliver accurate, fast, friendly service in a clean environment.
• Coach and motivate the crew by offering feedback, supporting development, and keeping everyone energized throughout the shift.
• Lead shift operations by executing the shift plan, upholding BK standards, directing workflow, and stepping in wherever needed.
• Support profitability by following cash control procedures, helping manage inventory, and receiving truck orders.
