Job summary

WhiteWater Express is seeking a Shift Leader for full-time hours in Cincinnati, OH, offering $15–$17/hour plus biweekly tips. The position promotes from within, provides paid training, and features a team-oriented environment with flexible scheduling and benefits.

You’ll lead daily operations, support customers, and help keep the wash running smoothly across shifts. No prior car wash experience is required; paid training and opportunities to advance into management are highlighted in the growth

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift.
• Available evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Dependable, motivated, and customer-focused.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight.
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Support store opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality.
• Encourage a positive, team-focused work environment.
