WhiteWater Express is hiring a Shift Leader for a full-time, active leadership role. Starting pay ranges from $15–$17 per hour plus biweekly tips.

No car wash experience needed—paid training is offered, with internal promotion opportunities and a supportive team environment. The role involves supervising daily shift operations, guiding team members, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• Background check required
• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active during shifts
• Evenings and weekends available

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight
• Ensure team members understand and complete responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve concerns
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs
• Assist with incident reports and documentation
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed
• Support store opening and closing procedures
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization and wash quality
• Foster a positive, team-focused work environment
