RaceTrac is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced, guest‑focused shift and set the tone for exceptional service. You will guide team members, manage food service, stocking, cleaning, and cash handling while providing clear directions and real-time coaching.

You will train staff to meet RaceTrac’s guest service, food safety, and cleanliness standards, overseeing inventory, write-offs, and shift-change communications. This role offers growth, accountability, and a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service preferred.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.
