Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a winning team on every shift, set the tone, coach team members, and ensure guest satisfaction and store standards. You’ll manage food service, stocking, cash handling, and safety while modeling RaceTrac’s core values.

In this hands-on role, you’ll develop future leaders, drive operational excellence, and collaborate with store leadership to execute promotions and inventory checks.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in retail, restaurant, or food service.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.
• Ability to follow through on tasks and coach others.
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Willingness to obtain required permits (food handlers, alcohol server, etc.)
