Jersey Mike's Subs is seeking a Shift Lead in Elizabeth, NJ to support the management team and ensure the Jersey Mike's guest experience. You will help produce high quality food, uphold brand standards, and lead a small crew during busy shifts.

The position offers an hourly wage of $17 to $18 plus tips, with 35–40 hours per week, and opportunities for growth within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year QSR experience.
• Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler a plus.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Producing high quality food.
• Delivering the Jersey Mike’s experience.
• Developing others for career growth.
• Enforcing policies and procedures.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and proper sanitation practices.
• Open and close of store.
• Manage and lead crew of 2 to 5 people per shift.
