Job summary

Super Star Car Wash is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure high standards of safety and cleanliness across busy car wash sites in Arizona. You will oversee staffing, training, and performance while rotating through leadership focus areas to develop your career within the company.

Qualifications

At least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or GED.
Minimum 1 year of supervisory or customer-service experience.
Retail, hospitality, or car wash experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead Operations: own daily shift execution, staffing, safety, and service standards.
Coach and Develop Teams: lead and coach team members to meet standards and accountability.
Uphold Safety & Brand Standards: model policies, address safety risks, ensure brand cleanliness standards.
