Job summary

Insomnia Cookies is hiring Shift Leaders for our Sweetwater, FL location. You will lead the bakery shift, bake and package orders, coach the Cookie Crew, and ensure an exceptional guest experience while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a customer-service focused role.
• Strong communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and results-driven with ability to lead by example.
• Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Ability to obtain any necessary food safety certifications.
• Experience with Point of Sale systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead bakery operations during shifts, ensuring great guest experience.
• Bake, package, and prepare orders while supervising the Cookie Crew.
• Coach and motivate team members, provide direction and feedback.
• Delegate tasks to maintain efficient operations and guest demand.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with food-handling standards.
• Manage cash handling and deposits and communicate updates to leadership.
