Insomnia Cookies in Sweetwater, FL is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee bakery operations, lead the Cookie Crew, and deliver exceptional guest experiences during night shifts. You’ll drive efficiency, coach teammates, and ensure high standards of quality, safety, and service.

You will manage bake/pack, handle cash, and uphold food safety while fostering a fun, fast-paced team environment with growth opportunities. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a customer-service role.
• Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Excellent communication, time management, and people skills.
• Outgoing, friendly, and patient demeanor.
• Detail-oriented with results focus.
• Ability to lead by example and motivate others.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Legal to work in the United States; 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Lead bakery operations during shift and ensure an exceptional guest experience.
• Bake, package, and prepare orders while maintaining service.
• Coach and motivate Cookie Crew members.
• Prioritize and delegate tasks to keep operations efficient.
• Maintain product quality, food safety, cleanliness, and speed of service.
• Handle cash management and deposits.
• Communicate updates with store leadership.
• Jump in to help team succeed.
