Insomnia Cookies is one of the fastest growing, late-night, sweet indulgence companies in the country. We are actively interviewing for Shift Leaders at our new location in Sweetwater, FL. As a Shift Leader, you will be the captain of our bakery during your shift, responsible for predicting business flow, building orders, suggestive selling, baking, and customer interaction. Your leadership will contribute to a productive and fun environment for your team and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and quality products
• Support store operations, communicate effectively, monitor efficiency, and train team members
• Delegate tasks such as baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning
• Maintain a safe, clean environment adhering to food safety standards
• Manage cash handling and deposits
