Responsibilities

• Lead the team during shifts to ensure accurate food preparation and timely delivery to customers
• Delegate tasks and monitor performance; attend management meetings as needed
• Deal with upset customers politely and resolve issues to maintain satisfaction
• Accept deliveries and verify completeness; issue refunds when necessary
• Communicate with managers about inventory levels and orders
• Check daily petty cash and manage bank changes
• Restock register and ensure correct change
• Coordinate with management on schedules and break periods
• Assist with interviewing, training, and evaluations
• Explain health benefits of ingredients to customers in an upbeat way
• Keep front lobby and outside area clean and organized
• Operate cash register and handle all cash transactions carefully
• Maintain knowledge of menu and recipes; follow proper preparation procedures
• Follow sanitation guidelines and safety procedures
• Stock and rotate food; practice cost-cutting measures
• Work as a team and communicate effectively with coworkers and managers
