Fulenwider Enterprises is hiring a Shift Manager for our KFC and Taco Bell locations in Albemarle, NC. You will oversee the shift, lead a team of crew members, ensure smooth operations, and deliver exceptional customer service. This role focuses on teamwork, food safety, and sales growth.

You’ll train staff, manage customer interactions, handle cash, and maintain clean, welcoming dining areas while promoting promotions and maintaining high standards during fast-paced hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant or fast-food operations.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food safety certification preferred but can be obtained on the job.

Responsabilités

• Supervise shift operations including staff and customer inquiries.
• Lead and motivate the team to deliver excellent service.
• Ensure food safety standards and proper storage.
• Handle cash, process payments, and keep records.
• Prepare shift reports on sales and labor.
• Train new team members on policies and customer service.
• Promote cleanliness and organized presentation.
• Assist promotions and specials to drive sales.
