Job summary

AES Restaurants is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee restaurant operations and direct team members during assigned shifts, ensuring outstanding service and guest satisfaction.

You will be accountable for daily operations when management is not present, manage cash and inventory controls, coach staff, and drive service, quality, and safety standards while aligning with company policies.

Qualifications

• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance.
• Ability to perform bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, reaching.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations and direct team members during assigned shifts to ensure outstanding service.
• Maintain guest satisfaction and smooth operation during shifts when management is not present.
• Assist with training and coaching staff; monitor cash handling and inventory controls.
• Drive service quality, cost controls, safety, and compliance with company policies.
• Set and work toward restaurant goals for service and financial results.
