• Completion of Serve Safe and Basic Management Training (BMT) or willingness to complete.

Responsibilities

• Leads shift operations: Directs production and sale of products for prompt service.
• Leads customer promise delivery: Ensures friendly, professional service and handles feedback.
• Builds crew talent: Trains and motivates crew on workstations to meet standards.
• Assists with restaurant compliance: Maintains cleanliness, safety, and adherence to policies.
• Assists with Profit and Loss: Supports cash reporting, inventory control, and scheduling.
