Job summary

KB Fast Foods, LLC. is seeking an Hourly Manager for Burger King in Westover, WV. You will supervise shift operations, ensure fast, accurate order fulfillment, and maintain brand standards while guiding crew to provide friendly service and a clean dining environment.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• English language proficiency for speech clarity and written comprehension.
• Basic Math Skills.
• Must complete Basic Management Training (BMT) and Serve Safe.

Responsibilities

• Leads shift operations: Directs production and service for prompt delivery.
• Sets an example by working hard to meet shift plans and speed goals.
• Identifies bottlenecks and resolves issues to speed service.
• Motivates crew to deliver friendly, professional customer service.
