Qualifications

• Willing to complete internal certification training programs (e.g., Basic Management Training and Serve Safe).

Responsibilities

• Leads Shift Operations: Directs production and sale of products for prompt delivery within speed guidelines.
• Leads Customer Promise Delivery: Ensures friendly, professional service and handles customer feedback promptly.
• Builds Crew Talent: Trains and motivates crew, delegates tasks, and supports teamwork during shifts.
• Assists with Restaurant Compliance: Maintains sanitation and safety standards, reports violations, and supports loss control procedures.
