Job summary

KB Fast Foods, LLC. seeks an Hourly Manager to lead shift operations, deliver the Customer Promise, and supervise crew across Burger King location(s). You’ll direct production, coach staff, and ensure safe, clean conditions while upholding brand standards.

The role emphasizes fast, friendly service, effective problem solving, and adherence to food safety and cash controls. Opportunities for advancement exist within the fast-food network.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older and able to perform essential duties with minimal supervision.
• Experience in restaurant or retail supervision is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and basic cash handling is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Directs shift operations to ensure timely product prep and service.
• Motivates crew to deliver friendly, accurate customer service.
• Trains crew on stations and maintains KB/BKC standards.
• Ensures cleanliness, safety, and policy compliance during shifts.
• Assists with cash control, inventory, and scheduling duties.
