Job summary

KB Fast Foods in Waynesburg, PA, is seeking an Hourly Manager for Burger King to oversee crew and operations during shifts. You will direct customer service and ensure timely delivery of the Customer Promise when the GM is not present.

You will lead shift operations, motivate the crew, ensure food safety and policy compliance, manage cash and inventory, and support franchise standards while delivering a positive dining experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• English language proficiency that enables speech clarity and comprehension.
• Basic Math Skills.
• Completion of BMT and Serve Safe training or willingness to complete.

Responsibilities

• Leads Shift Operations: directs production and service to meet speed of service goals.
• Leads Customer Promise Delivery: motivates crew to exceed customer expectations through friendly service.
• Builds Crew Talent: trains and motivates crew during shift to improve restaurant results.
• Assists with Restaurant Compliance: ensures safety, sanitation, and policy adherence.
• Assists with Profit and Loss: supports cash control, inventory, and scheduling during shift.
