Jersey Mike’s Subs is seeking a Leadership/Shift Leader in training to join our team in Billings, MT. The role trains under leadership to guide a crew in delivering our renowned subs and guest experience.

Candidate should have high-energy, dependable work ethic, and strong communication skills. Expect to coach 2–5 team members, handle opening/closing tasks, and comply with company standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• ,
• Must be 18 years old and able to operate meat slicer.
• Must obtain ServSafe Manager Certification within 90 days of hire.
• Familiar with POS systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Coach staff to deliver great customer service.
• Produce high-quality food.
• Deliver the Jersey Mike’s experience.
• Handle cash transactions and daily cashouts.
• Follow Learning Management System Training Program.
• Develop others for career growth.
• Enforce policies and procedures.
