Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader to support the RGM by running great shifts in a self-sufficient manner. Take ownership and responsibility to solve problems, and be willing to provide help and guidance to others on busy Taco Bell franchise locations.

You will need 1-3 years of supervisory experience, basic PC literacy, and be at least 18 years old. Strong math and accounting skills, plus the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods, are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skill.

Responsibilities

• Support RGM by running great shifts in a self-sufficient manner.
• Take ownership and responsibility to solve problems; seek help when appropriate.
