Job summary

Salsa Fresca is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee a fast-paced BOH operation and a quick-service FOH model. You will lead with enthusiasm, think quickly, and motivate people while ensuring top guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Some restaurant experience is required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing) is a must.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be able to become ServSafe Certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant crew, facilitate training, and assist with on-site operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized line; encourage Line Crew members to take pride in their roles.
• Manage food safety at all times and resolve quality issues as needed.
• Ensure positive customer experiences and handle on-site concerns appropriately.
• Oversee catering and pickup orders for timely, accurate delivery.
