Modern Market Eatery, part of Thrive Restaurant Group, is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee daily operations on the floor, ensuring guest service standards and smooth shift execution. Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of restaurant shift leader experience required.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Food handlers and alcohol service training preferred.
• Ability to coordinate work of self and others.
• Ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the cleanliness of the restaurant and delegate side work tasks.
• Continually monitor our food and food quality.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as the manager in charge of those shifts.
• Run the shift ensuring breaks are taken on time.
• Work all stations and assist the manager with other duties.
