Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in business management, record keeping, purchasing basics, kitchen knowledge, inventory control, fire safety and chemical awareness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of EVS and Steward departments.
• Train department equipment and supplies.
• Conduct quality audits and inspections of kitchen and service areas.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance of equipment.
• Communicate policies, procedures, standards, and expectations to staff.
• Ensure adherence to service quality and client expectations.
