Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years supervisory experience in a hotel, food service, or facilities environment.
• Experience supervising kitchen/EVS staff, inventory control and safety training.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and guide team performance to ensure tasks are completed to quality standards.
• Conduct ongoing training on equipment, policies, and safety procedures.
• Perform routine quality audits of kitchen and service areas and coordinate repairs when needed.
• Maintain records and communicate policies and expectations to staff.
