Job summary

Dunkin' is seeking an energetic Shift Leader to help run daily restaurant operations, coach team members, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will support the Restaurant Manager by ensuring brand standards and efficient shifts.

You will lead Team Members, delegate tasks, manage onboarding, monitor food safety, assist with scheduling, and handle cash procedures while maintaining a positive, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate Team Members during each shift.
• Delegate tasks and communicate shift goals and priorities.
• Coach employees with timely, constructive feedback.
• Support onboarding and training of new Team Members.
• Ensure food, beverage, and service standards are met.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs.
• Complete shift change communication for smooth transitions.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns promptly.
• Lead by example with friendly, fast, accurate service.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health standards.
• Assist with employee scheduling as assigned.
