Job summary

Jersey Mike's Subs in Point Pleasant, NJ is seeking a Shift Leader to support the management team in running a busy location. You will coach staff, ensure high-quality food, and deliver the Jersey Mike’s experience with strong cash handling and operations oversight.

The role emphasizes leadership, training, policy enforcement, sanitation, and timely communication, with a team of 2–5 crew members and daily openings/closes. Training through the LMS is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year QSR experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer.
• Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler.
• Must have reliable transportation.
