Zax LLC is seeking a results-driven Shift Leader to supervise daily restaurant operations, coach team members, and uphold food safety and service standards across shifts in Madison, WI. You’ll lead by example, delegate tasks, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Part-time: 9 to 28 hours per week; Full-time: 32 to 40 hours per week.
• Background check completion required.
• Strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Follows company standards and local laws regarding time punches.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach team members to meet company standards.
• Prioritize guest and team member experience and resolve concerns.
• Delegate tasks and supervise performance during shifts.
• Maintain operational standards and ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Ensure product quality, service, and cleanliness meet expectations.
• Oversee inventory, deliveries, and daily counts.
• Plan shift duties and communicate goals to the team.
• Collaborate with management to drive performance and goals.
