Zax LLC is hiring a Shift Leader to drive guest satisfaction and team performance in a fast-paced restaurant location in Madison, WI. You will complete required training, coach team members, and uphold service standards with a focus on safety and quality.

This role emphasizes leadership, reliability, and a guest-first mindset. Requirements include 18+ years old, reliable transportation, flexible hours, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrates leadership qualities and ability to interact cooperatively with others.
• Follows company standards and local laws with regards to employee time punches.

Responsibilities

• Create a culture of high-performance and train and coach team members to meet all company standards.
• Mentor, coach, and develop team members and communicate performance concerns to your General Manager.
• Prioritize the guest and team member experience and resolve complaints and concerns in a friendly and respectful manner.
• Communicate shift goals and motivate team members to meet goals and perform to their highest ability level.
• Delegate tasks to team members and supervise performance during a shift.
• Maintain operational standards and ensure compliance with all guidelines and procedures.
