Job summary

Rōti in Schaumburg, IL is looking for a Shift Leader to drive a smooth shift and set the tone for exceptional service without the General Manager. You will lead by example, motivate the team, and maintain high operating standards while delivering a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Manager State Food Safety and Allergen Certification required or obtained upon hire.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Open availability including opening and closing shifts.
• Strong knowledge of menu, recipes, and ingredients; able to train others on every station.
• Previous restaurant leadership experience preferred.

• Foster a Team-First Mindset: build strong relationships and delegate tasks effectively.
