Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Part-time: 9 to 28 hours per week; Full-time: 32 to 40 hours per week.
• Successful completion of background check.
• Demonstrates leadership qualities and ability to interact cooperatively with others.
• Follows company time-punch policies and local laws.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Technological savvy; knowledge of required company software and tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills; ability to multi-task and manage time.
• Servant leader mindset; leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach team members to meet company standards.
• Mentor and develop staff; communicate performance concerns to management.
• Prioritize guest and team experiences; resolve complaints in a friendly manner.
• Maintain positive culture and morale through recognition.
• Delegate shift duties and supervise performance.
• Ensure operational standards and safety guidelines are followed daily.
• Receive and reconcile deliveries; manage inventory and product quality.
• Plan shift duties and communicate goals to the team.
• Collaborate with management to develop goals and report progress.
