Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a Shift Leader or Supervisor role.
• Experience in fast-paced environments - restaurant, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong leadership and accountability, with a focus on guest experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead shifts with a hospitality-first mindset and ensure guests feel welcomed.
• Manage pace, priorities, and execution across the floor to keep service running smoothly.
• Step in on any station to model performance and teamwork in real time.
• Coach and support team members to elevate service, food quality, and operational standards.
• Uphold food safety, cleanliness, and organization across shifts.
• Communicate clearly, solve problems quickly, and stay calm under pressure during high-volume moments.
