Jersey Mike's Emerson is seeking a Shift Leader to support the management team at our Indiana location. You will coach staff, ensure high quality food, deliver the Jersey Mike’s experience, manage cash handling, and uphold training standards while driving sales and guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 1 year in QSR, and reliable transportation. You must be 18+ to operate the slicer, be safety-certified, and ready to lead by example in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year QSR experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ to operate the slicer.
• Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Coach staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Produce high quality food and uphold standards.
• Deliver the Jersey Mike’s experience to customers.
• Handle cash and assist with opening/closing procedures.
• Follow training program and develop others for growth.
• Enforce policies and procedures and support marketing initiatives.
• Build sales and maintain cleanliness and sanitation.
