Job summary

BBQ Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the management team in restaurant operations and personnel on assigned shifts. You will ensure standards are met, recipes followed, and guests receive exceptional service.

You will supervise staff, enforce policies, maintain cleanliness, and contribute to financial performance through careful labor and cost controls while mentoring team members toward the Brand's high service standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license and car insurance required.
• ServSafe certifications preferred.
• 2 years of restaurant or equivalent experience preferred.
