Job summary

BBQ Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the management team in overseeing restaurant operations during assigned shifts.

You will ensure adherence to recipes, procedures, quality, timeliness, and guest satisfaction across the team. The role requires supervising staff, maintaining cleanliness, mentoring teammates, and supporting the daily financial metrics such as labor and costs while delivering exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and car insurance required.
• ServSafe food and alcohol certifications preferred.
• 2 years restaurant or equivalent experience preferred.
