Job summary

Ontario Trillium Foundation is hiring a Shift Leader to manage daily store operations, guest experience, and sales performance. In the absence of the manager, you will lead the team to deliver great service and uphold brand standards.

You will assign tasks, monitor safety and food safety, handle opening/closing duties, resolve guest issues, promote offerings, and ensure accurate cash handling. This role offers competitive pay and clear opportunities for career progression.

Qualifications

• Experience leading shifts in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
• Ability to supervise a team and delegate tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of food safety procedures and cash handling practices.
