You will follow standard operating policies and empower the team to deliver a consistent guest experience.

Responsibilities include leading shifts, training staff, enforcing safety procedures, resolving customer concerns, and communicating feedback to management.

Responsibilities

• Lead crew on shifts, assign tasks, provide feedback and training.

• Lead opening, transition and closing of shifts and manage line operations.
