Job summary

El Car Wash is seeking a Key Holder to lead on the floor, step in when management is off-site, and uphold the EL shine for customers. This frontline leadership role is on-site in Texas, offering growth opportunities and hands-on coaching and supervision.

You will own the shift from opening to closing, maintain daily standards for cleanliness and safety, coach teammates, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. Prior lead or keyholder experience is a plus.

• Make independent calls when management isn't present and keep operations running smoothly.
• Coach peers in real time, providing direction without conflict.
• Handle customer questions or concerns quickly, professionally, and with care.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team during downtime or service interruptions.
