Job summary

El Car Wash is seeking a Key Holder to act as a frontline leader on the shop floor. You will be responsible for opening and closing the site, coaching teammates, maintaining standards, and delivering a signature EL shine to customers.

This role requires a dependable, customer-focused leader who can operate independently when management is not present. You will influence performance through coaching, ensure safety and cleanliness, and handle customer questions promptly.

Qualifications

• Attendance consistently reliable is required.
• Trustworthiness and dependability for on-site leadership.
• Ability to open/close a site independently in all conditions.
• Ability to coach peers and maintain standards without conflict.
• Customer-first mindset even during busy or challenging times.
• Growth mindset with interest in advancing to higher roles.
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting and problem escalation.
• Previous shift lead/keyholder or informal supervisory experience is advantageous.
