This is a fast, physical, visible leadership role where the site is kept clean, guests are guided through quality wash options, and the team stays engaged and productive under your direction.

Qualifications

• Prior leadership or team experience preferred.
• Ability to lead a shift and ensure safety and service quality.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a positive, friendly experience.
• Direct vehicles into the wash and prepare them for washing, checking for obstacles.
• Lead the shift, open/close procedures, delegate tasks, and coach the team.
