El Car Wash is seeking a Key Holder to lead on the floor, maintain standards, and support the team when management isn’t on-site. This frontline lead role combines hands-on supervision with hands-on operations to deliver the signature EL shine.

Open and close the site, coach teammates, handle customer questions, and uphold safety and service quality. This is a stepping stone role designed to grow with you into future leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• This is a frontline lead role with floor presence.
• You influence performance through coaching and example.
• You partner with the ASM and SM for escalations; no direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the site with precision and security.
• Lead from the front to set cleanliness, safety and performance standards.
• Handle customer questions and concerns quickly and professionally.
• Coach and guide team members in real-time to uphold standards.
• Communicate clearly with customers and staff during downtime or service interruptions.
