El Car Wash is seeking a Key Holder to lead on the floor, stepping in when management isn't on-site and upholding the EL shine across the site. This frontline role emphasizes hands-on leadership and customer focus.

As a Key Holder, you will open and close shifts, coach teammates, and handle customer questions with care. This position offers growth within Site Operations and a clear path to greater responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance without exception.
• Trustworthy and dependable to support the site and team.
• Capable of opening/closing and managing the site independently in all conditions.
• Able to coach peers and uphold the standard without conflict.
• Customer-first mindset even when the team is short-staffed.
• Growth-oriented and seeking more leadership responsibility.
• Basic mechanical comfort and willingness to troubleshoot.
• Prior shift lead or keyholder experience is a plus.
