Job summary

Little Caesars in Mississippi seeks a team member to serve customers, assemble orders, and keep the dining area and kitchen clean. You will work to ensure orders are correct and ready within service time goals while following company standards.

You will help with inventory, assist with training new teammates, and support daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures and cash handling, always adhering to health and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Serves customers with correct, complete orders within service time goals.
• Prepares and ensures high quality products are served to customers.
• Displays proper image and adheres to company policies and standards.
• Cleans and organizes work stations to maintain restaurant image per health standards.
• Performs cash management and follows safety procedures as defined in training materials.
• Provides direction and coaching to Colleagues to ensure tasks are performed.
• Delegates tasks and assigns work areas according to daily needs.
• Monitors cost controls related to food, paper, labor and utilities.
• Completes daily paperwork neatly and accurately as directed by management.
• Follows opening/closing procedures and handles incidents promptly.
