Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• ServSafe Certification is required prior to leadership training.
• Must be able to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends.
• Background check will be conducted as per policy.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Provide feedback and coach team members as needed.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Maintain food and beverage quality and a safe, clean store environment.
• Support growth opportunities, including advancement to General Manager roles.
