Bagel Brands is hiring a Shift Leader at 707-709 Pittsford Victor Road, Pittsford, NY. You will support the General Manager, lead a team, and ensure a high-quality guest experience. You will open/close the store, maintain safety and cleanliness, and coach staff to uphold standards.

The role offers a path to advancement, with many GMs starting as Shift Leaders. A reliable schedule with no evenings or nights is highlighted, along with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Must be able to acquire ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store with little to no supervision.
• Maintain quality of food and beverages and keep the store safe and clean.
• Provide feedback and coach team members as needed.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Rise in career within the company, with many General Managers starting as Shift Leaders.
