Bruegger's Bagels in Rochester, NY is hiring a Shift Leader. We kettle cook our bagels and serve New York–style bagels with Vermont cream cheese.

As a Shift Leader you’ll work with the General Manager, motivate the team, open and close with minimal supervision, ensure quality and a clean, safe store, and grow your career.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours and weekends.
• Pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Open and close the store with little supervision.
• Keep a safe and clean store environment; ensure quality of food and beverages.
• Provide feedback and coach team members when needed.
